What You Can Expect

Thank you for your interest in the BrightServ Contractor Network.

The online application is the first step to become part of the network. There are several pieces of information that you will need to have handy in order to complete the application:

  • Company Tax ID number
  • Company Insurance information
  • General Liability
  • Auto
  • Workers Comp
  • Three installation references
  • Three credit references
  • Any applicable license information

You have been emailed an user ID and password to access our site. Please go to www.brightserv.com and click on the client login box located in the top right section of the web site. Login using the user ID and password emailed to you to begin the application process.

(Please click the save button after filling out each section. A sample of the BrightServ Dealer Contract is attached at the end of this package.)

You will be prompted to enter your credit card information once you have completed the application.

Please fill out the credit card form and click submit. Your credit card will then be charged.

You will be contacted within 10 business days with the results of the credentialing process.
